Spa Etiquette and Frequently Asked Questions

 

Our Relaxing Environment– We have created a calming spa atmosphere so that our clients can relax and unwind. Please be considerate of other clients by putting your cell phone on vibrate and speaking softly throughout the spa.

Our Relaxation Serenity Room– Your relaxation is our top priority. We want you to relax and de-stress before your service begins. Because of that, we furnished our spa with a Relaxation Serenity Room for you to enjoy. Clients are given a robe and slippers to wear while at the Spa. Enjoy our Relaxation Serenity Room while sipping on warm tea as a pre-service treatment.

Client Loyalty and Referral Program– We value all of our clients and want to extend our appreciation to our clients who frequent and enjoy our services on a regular basis. Speak to one of our therapist to learn about our complimentary gifts and perks available to our loyalty customers.

Gratuity and sales tax– Gratuity and sales tax are not included in the prices listed on the brochure.

Late Arrivals– Please contact the spa if you are going to arrive late for your appointment. This will allow us to make needed adjustments. Arriving late will shorten your service time. We reserve the right to reschedule you appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Our Cancellation Policy– We expect and appreciate a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will allow us to accommodate other clients.

Gift Cards– Gift cards are available in the desired amount for product and services.

Private Spa Parties– Private Spa parties are available for you and your friends. Contact Natasha Mears to discuss details and reserve a party.

NO DOUBLE DIPPING Waxing Policy– For your safety, we do not double dip in the wax pot when performing body waxing services.

Bikini Waxing Hygiene– For proper spa etiquette and hygiene, we will not perform bikini waxing on clients who are on their menstrual cycle. Rescheduling the appointment is greatly appreciated.

Scheduling Your Next Appointment– We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa. This will give you a greater opportunity to get the day and time that you need for your next appointment. This will also help you to stay on your spa regimen for healthy skin and relaxation.

What Is A Facial?– A professional facial is often given by a licensed esthetician. Facials can last from 30 min. to 90 min. with the client lying on a warm massage table. The skin is cleansed and gently exfoliated. Warm towels are applied to help soften the skin, gentle extractions applied to unclog pores.  The face, neck, and shoulders are massaged and a refining mask is applied. Facials are a great way to relax and achieve and maintain skin that looks and feels great. Skincare treatments can address many of your skincare concerns and keep your skin looking healthy with a brilliant glow. Facials are extremely relaxing and enjoyed by clients just as often as full body massage, plus the added bonus of healthy supple skin.
